We only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside of this area, we are sorry that we are currently unable to process your order.

We work with UPS to ensure that your products are delivered quickly and safely.

Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (CST) every day.
4. Order Processing Time
Our order processing time typically ranges from 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday). This includes order confirmation, product inspection, and packaging before handing over to the shipping company.
5. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery time will vary from 7-15 days depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or shipping delays.
6. Shipping Fees
The standard shipping fee is $6.99 for all orders.
7. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
8. Changing your order
We know that it may be necessary to change your order or delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after your order has been shipped.
If your order has been delivered to the carrier, Katlyn is not responsible for incorrect information you enter. However, our Returns process may replace incorrect items.
