REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

At Katlyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

 

Return conditions

All returned items must be in unused, original condition (including original packaging, dust bag, tags).

 

Return processing

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

-Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request return authorization.

-Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include any documents, tags or accessories that came with the product.

-Send the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

-Once we receive the product and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

We will not be responsible for lost returns, so please choose a shipping carrier that can track your order.

 

Cancel order

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please use live chat or contact us via [email protected] if you decide to cancel your order. For orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before delivery, there is a 10% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been delivered.

 

Damaged or defective

While we always do our best to ensure everything we send to our valued customers is in perfect condition, in the event that you receive an item from us that you believe is defective , due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.

 

Refund

Returns will be processed within 3-5 days after receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account excluding original shipping charges.

If you did not receive a refund, please check your account. And then still not receive the refund, please contact us via live chat or [email protected]. We will reply as soon as possible.
